Customs Fees

Return Policy

1. We do not accept custom dresses returns or dresses with requested changes.

2. For normal size dresses without change, please send me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress.

The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress, but make sure you do not deteriorate it or make dirty marks, otherwise the return will not be accepted or the refund not made.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return, such as the wrong measurements you provided to us or the standard size we made correctly but you chose to cake, also if your event is canceled in the CAS where the dress is Plus needed, etc.
